Alameda Juice was formed in April 1999 to develop, own and manage Jamba Juice all natural fruit smoothie and juice stores pursuant to its multi-unit development agreement with Jamba Juice Company based in San Francisco, California. Alameda Juice holds the rights to develop stores in all of Texas as well as parts of Missouri and Kansas.
