Memphis compnay to build hotel in Slawson’s Cross Pointe development in NE Wichita

A Memphis development company wants to build a hotel in Wichita’s Cross Pointe development near K-96 and 21st Street North.

Slawson Cos. sold 2.5 acres to McNeill Commercial Real Estate, which plans to build a 107-room Home2 Suites by Hilton extended-stay hotel on the south side of 21st, west of K-96. The hotel will be built near where a Meritrust Credit Union branch is now.
