The 400,000-square-foot Phase II is now underway and is anchored by a Super Target that opened in October of 2004, followed by Granite City Food & Brewery and Olive Garden that opened Fall of 2006.

The area surrounding NewMarket Square has added an average of 764 single family units per year since 1998.
