The Shops At Taligrass, is a 45,000 s.f. specialty center located in the hottest retail shopping area in Wichita- Rock Road & 21st Street. The center opened in 1997 with a 14,000 s.f. building featuring Norwalk-The Furniture Idea, a national furniture and home accessory store. A second 15,000 s.f. building was built in 2000 to accommodate the growing demand for specialty retail. The third and final building at 16,000 s.f. was added in 2005. The center features over a dozen boutique shops plus Timberline Steakhouse (a Wichita favorite). Opportunities exist for businesses that will compliment the existing shops. We are currently seeking women’s apparel, specialty foods (ice cream, candy shop, coffee shop), florist, home accessories, and various franchise businesses.
